Dynamic Homes is a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc. that designs and manufactures highly customized modular homes for communities across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Nebraska. The Rough Electrical Crew Member works independently or as part of a team to install and inspect electrical components used in residential home construction. This role ensures electrical systems are installed accurately, safely, and in compliance with applicable codes while identifying and correcting electrical or safety concerns during the rough electrical phase of production.
Install electrical components within a controlled, climate-controlled manufacturing environment
Identify required materials using purchase orders and work documentation
Ensure compliance with applicable electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements
Locate correct products and verify quantities prior to installation
Maintain inventory, tools, and electrical supplies in an organized manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas
Perform work safely and follow all safety policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Maintain positive and professional working relationships to support a cooperative team environment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and understand schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, blueprints, floor plans, and work orders
Proficient knowledge of electrical materials, industry standards, and electrical codes
Strict attention to detail and order accuracy
Ability to use manual and power tools appropriately and safely
Ability to perform overhead electrical work for extended periods
Ability to use mathematics and measuring devices to calculate dimensions
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to consistently lift up to 80 pounds
Valid driver’s license

Evening work may be required based on production needs
